Emmanuel Anglade, President of Metronelec, today announced the acquisition of W-Tech.
The merger of these two companies - specializing in the distribution of devices and consumables for the electronics industry - will make it possible, thanks to the Metronelec subsidiaries in Tunisia and Morocco, to offer a global offering on the French market, but also in North Africa. In addition, Metronelec's current sales network abroad is benefiting from an expansion of the range.
This process is part of the desire to offer commercial and technical synergies and thus to offer our customers even more responsiveness. The operational support on French territory now consists of 8 salespeople and 6 technicians.
Mr. Olivier Weeger, current manager of W-Tech, has been appointed operations manager of W-Tech.
